Dry Filter Spray Booths

The DYNACLEAN Spraybooths range of dry filter spray booths are available in both fixed & portable configurations. These booths enable the safe containment of a variety of solvent and / or waterbased over sprayed materials.

The operating principle of the DYNACLEAN Spraybooths dry filter spray booth unit is the collection of oversprayed waste material into a replaceable filter media. The cleansed exhaust air then passes through the spraybooth exhaust chamber and is ducted to atmosphere.  The performance of the dry filter spray booth unit is monitored by a filter load gauge which continuously measures the effectiveness of the booth air flow by measuring the differential air pressure across the filter media and indicating when a change is required.

The DYNACLEAN Spraybooths dry filter spray booth design is available in an extensive variety of modular widths ranging from 1 metre to 5 metres.

This type of dry filter spray booth unit is generally recommended for low to medium spraying applications.

The portable version of this DYNACLEAN Spraybooths product is utilised for larger component low volume product finishing and/or refurbishment (i.e. large vehicles, boats, planes, trains etc).
