Enclosures & Air Replacement Systems

DYNACLEAN Spraybooths design, manufacture & install bespoke spraybooth enclosures to control & contain overspray and prevent contamination of adjacent workspace areas. The spray booth enclosures can be fully enclosed or open fronted with side entry silhouettes for overhead component handling.

Where a fully enclosed enclosure is required DYNACLEAN Spraybooths also offer an air replacement system which controls the flow of air through the facility to ensure a negative internal air pressure is achieved to avoid the egress of hazardous vapours and/or overspray entry into the surrounding area. These spray booth air replacement systems can be supplied with a heated air input module to elevate the supplied air temperature using a variety of energy sources to suit customer requirements.

DYNACLEAN offer comprehensive spray booth extraction systems, spray booth maintenance and spray booth service support for these safety critical facilities inclusive of contract and/or on call technical and maintenance support, calibration, smoke clearance testing, commissioning, annual inspection and operational certification.
